Crookston, MN - Dawn Skjei and Becky Cournia have been hired to lead product expansion at RBJ's.  Due to the high volume of orders booked through 2002, RBJ's is excited to bring on board Dawn Skjei as Customer Coordinator and Becky Cournia, Outside Sales Representative.

Dawn's responsibilities as Customer Coordinator are to disseminate information to field reps, in addition to processing orders and handling all customer needs.  "Dawn's job description, like the rest of ours, is broad" comments Kim Samuelson, President, RBJ's Inc.  "It makes me laugh to even think we now have job descriptions because truly all the employees here just do what is needed to get product out on time.  We are excited to have Dawn on board with us.  She has already brought in new business as well as assited us in the office.  The skills Dawn brings with her are incredible.  She is talented in so many areas and we depend on her to utilize all of those skills at RBJ's."

Becky Cournia, who is not new to the RBJ's team, has moved into the position of Outside Regional Sales Representative.  Becky is no stranger to RBJ's.  She has been working for the past several years on the tradeshow circuit.  She and her mother, Linda Cournia, have been solely responsible for all domestic tradeshows where they display and sell RBJ's products.  According to Samuelson, "Becky has just shifted gears a little, but she is still selling.  We have expanded her duties to include regional retail sales.  She already has been indoctrinated into the RBJ's family and hit the ground running.  We are thrilled with her efforts!"
