Scrumptious Spreadable Fruit Pie

Bake a pie shell blind (i.e. bake it with beans or something to keep it flat).

Let the shell cool.  After it is cooled, spread on 3 tablespoons of RBJ's Strawberry-Almond Spreadable Fruit. 

Make Vanilla Instant Pudding and spread it over the top of the fruit.  Top with Whipped Cream or Cool Whip.  The pie can be garnished with Strawberries if desired.

Variation:  Use a different RBJ's Spreadable Fruit flavor for each occasion!
