1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Sweet Cream Butter
1 Egg
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
Spreadable Fruit Mixture:
8oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup RBJ's Strawberry-Almond Spreadable Fruit
Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan (or approx. size).
In a mixing bowl add Sugar, Salt, Butter, Egg & Flour; mix well into a crumbly mixture. (Use an egg beater on slow speed for easier mixing.) From this mixture, place 2 cups into the pan, lightly pressing down, covering bottom of the pan.
In a separate bowl, add Cream Cheese & RBJ's Strawberry-Almond Spreadable Fruit; blend together until well mixed. Spread over mixture in pan evenly. Dot with the left over crumbs in mixing bowl. Again, lightly pressing down on this evenly.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool, cut as necessary for servings. Refrigerate covered until used.
