Strawberry Almond Crepes

Serves:  Approx. 6

2 cups, Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt or Plain Vanilla Yogurt OR 2 cups Low Fat Sour Cream or Regular Sour Cream
4 Tablespoons RBJ’s Strawberry Almond Spreadable Fruit
1 Pkg. of Ready made 6” Crepes (available at your local grocery store in freezer section)
Fresh Mint Leafs

Mix together well your choice of either, Yogurt or Sour Cream with Spreadable Fruit, in mixing bowl. Spoon onto Crepe appx. 3 Tablespoons of mixture, roll nicely, put on tray, and store in fridge until needed.

 

Platting:  Place Crepe on suitable serving dish with a decorated paper doily, placing a teaspoon of either Spreadable Fruit on the top of each one, or left over mixture. Place Mint Leaf sticking out from under Crepe for decoration.

 

Formal Presentation: Instead of serving with a topping, drizzle with Heresy’s Chocolate Syrup over top of Crepe.  Serve with Mint Leaf sticking out from under Crepe.

 

Suggestion:  Mix together 1 cup Yogurt & Sour Cream, then make as directed.  

 

Serve Cold.
