Stuffed French Toast

8 slices of White Bread
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
1/4 cup RBJ’s Strawberry-Almond Spreadable Fruit
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Spread Cream Cheese onto one slice of Bread and Strawberry-Almond over the top of the other slice. Put Bread together to form 4 sandwiches. In a medium bowl, combine Eggs, Milk and Vanilla Extract. Beat well using a fork. Spray a griddle or skillet with butter flavored cooking spray. Dip each sandwich into the Egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Place on griddle and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve at once.

Variation: Use different flavors of RBJ’s Spreadable Fruit
