Spray a 9x13 cake pan. Spread 2 - 14oz jars Rhubarb-Strawberry Spreadable Fruit evenly in the bottom. Prepare the Cake Mix as directed. After mixed, spread the cake mix over the Rhubarb-Strawberry. Bake as directed. Let cool slightly. Flip onto waxed paper or a serving plate. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
