8oz Cool Whip
1/3 cup RBJs Rhubarb-Strawberry Spreadable Fruit
Beat Cream Cheese.
Add in Spreadable Fruit. Mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Serve with fresh fruit or on salty crackers like wheat thins!
The dip is also wonderful as a cake frosting, bagel spread, base of a fruit pizza, or used as a filling inside cleaned and hollowed strawberries.
