Kim Samuelson, Owner/President
Kim is the mastermind behind both RBJ's Restaurant and RBJ's Spreadable Fruit. A talented cook and baker, Kim has taken her experience and created RBJ's Spreadable Fruit. While it is difficult to run two successful businesses, Kim has hired several talented people to help her out. She oversees both companies, and still finds time to do what she loves, baking and cooking!
When not working, Kim enjoys time with her husband Eric and their three beautiful girls, Erica, Emily and Elisa.
Linda Cournia, Sales Representative
Linda has been working with RBJ's Spreadable Fruit since the fall of 1999 as a sales representative. She attends all retail and wholesale gift shows with Becky (yes, they are related - mother and daughter!).
Linda enjoys relaxing at the lake during the summer, crocheting, stamping, and spending time with her family, including all seven grandchildren!
