Shipping Policies
RBJ's shipping department works hard to ensure accurate and efficient shipment of all orders. All in-stock orders should be processed within 2-3 business days. Be sure to allow adequate shipping time of 1-5 business days, dependent upon location. Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the holiday season. Call in advance for "pick-up" orders.
RBJ's ships orders via UPS Ground service. Next-Day and 2-Day Air are available for an additional charge. Please call for rates.
Wholesale Guidelines
RBJ's Spreadable Fruit sells its products to many fine gift and gourmet stores across the nation. If you are interested in adding RBJ's products to your store please contact us, we would be happy to send you wholesale pricing on all of our products.
Terms
The minimum opening order is $50.00; reorders are a one case minimum. Initial orders are shipped prepaid by Visa or MasterCard, or net 30 with prior approval. Credit applications are available online, please fill out and fax to us for approval. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery.
Sample Policy
RBJ's Spreadable Fruit sells samples to wholesale accounts at 50% off the wholesale unit cost. These sample jars are intended to be used for sampling in your store and are marked accordingly.
