RBJ's Owner awarded "Entrepreneur Champion" title
Kim Samuelson, President, RBJ's Inc., Crookston, MN, has been honored as an Entrepreneur Champion. Kim was chosen through a peer nomination and review process conducted by the Minnesota Rural Summit Planning Committee as one of 25 entrepreneurs that are making a real difference in their rural communities.
The focus of this year's Rural Summit is to lift up entrepreneurship as an economic development strategy for rural communities. As part of the Summit they will showcase 25 successful entrepreneurs from across the state. The Summit will introduce attendees to tools, information and people that will help provide and support entrepreneurship in local communities.
According to Ms. Samuelson, "It is quite an honor to be included in this select group of entrepreneurs. I want to thank both Kari Thompson of the Crookston EDA for nominating me and the Rural Summit Planning Committee for the honor." Samuelson adds, "I truly do love my job and it's challenges, as well as the experiences I have encountered along the way. I think it's wonderful that the Rural Summit is focusing on this unique segment of businesses, as I know the creative future of companies lies in the hands of entrepreneurs!"
